Spike w/ John Lasseter at his 50.5 birthday party where John gave Spike & Mike credit for being the 1st to screen and believe in the PIXAR shorts !

Spike and Mike produced and premiered the first films of:

 -Pete Docter, "Palm Springs", "Winter" & "Next Door"-Andrew Stanton, "A Story" & "Somewhere in the Arctic", which helped him secure his post at the legendary Pixar Animation Studios.

Theatrically premiered first shorts including student works by:-

John Lasseter, "Tin Toy", "Lady and the Lamp" & "Nightmare"

Including first screenings of:

- "Happy Tree Friends" by Kenn Navarro- "The Adventures of Andre and Wally B"- "Luxo Jr."- "Reds Dream"- "Knick Knack"- "Geri's Game"- "For the Birds"
